1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of product delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) must be provided.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Items that have been installed or used

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Items purchased on final sale


3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@bruceshop.site with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the steps and provide a return authorization if your request is approved.


4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may be returned following our standard return policy.


8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received it, please contact us at support@bruceshop.site.
